Cardio Sculpt - 50 min class. Light weights, resistance bands, and bursts of cardio. Sculpt and refine your Entire body combined with powerful music. Energizing and effective. modifications offered for beginners. advancements offered to challenge the body.

Cardio Sculpt Express - 45 min class.

Strength & Stretch- 55 min class. 30 mins of cardio sculpt followed by 25 mins of fluid stretching.

Mat Method- 45 min Pilates inspired mat class (barefoot) balance, core, strength, softer music, slower movements.

PEAK 10- 45 min strength focused class. 10lb dumbells used throughout the entire class. slower movements focusing on muscle activation, stimulation, and growth.

Senior Strength - 50 mins class. Get your blood flowing, heart rate up, and so much FUN! Gentle movements supporting joint function and mobility. We will incorporate flexibility and balance throughout the class. A great way to get the body in motion.

Cancelation Policy: Please be mindful of wait lists. We ask that you cancel out of a class at least 10 hours prior to the class beginning if you are unable to attend. There will be a $15 charge.
