Studio Etiquette

• Arrive 10-15 mins early for your first class to fill out necessary paperwork.

• Please no cell phones inside the studio (emergency purposes are fine)

• Shirts / tanks are required for the entire workout.

• We provide all of the equipment you will need. You are welcome to bring your own mat and water bottle if you prefer.

• Workouts are performed barefoot or with shoes. Preference is individual. All belongings will be safely kept in the front office area.

Cancellation policy

Please withdraw from class 10 hours in advanced. Please be mindful if a class is waitlisted. There is a $15 cancellation fee if you are registered in a class and do not attend. This gives others in line time to sign in. Thank you!
